What Is Your American English Magazine?
Your American English Magazine is a magazine I created for all learners of English who like learning the fun way. If you want to see what it looks like, feel free to download issue 1 of the magazine for free. You will find the download instructions below, near the end of this article.
What Are You Going to Find in This Second Issue?
Well, we have a story, Ski and Skate, to start with. The story is full of useful vocabulary and grammar explained alongside.
In the Thematic Vocabulary column we’ll be talking about winter sports. We’ll primarily have a look at skiing, skating and sledding disciplines, as well as some minor ones.
In the Grammar column we’ll be talking about morphemes. What are morphemes and how do we classify them? If terms like this sound scary to you, this is definitely an article you should familiarize yourself with.
In the USA column we’ll be talking about the US national anthem, The Star-Spangled Banner. We’ll have a look at the history of the song and then we’ll analyze the lyrics verse by verse.
In the Technical English column, we’ll have a look at chemical elements. We’ll list them all along with the pronunciation of each and every one.
The last column of this issue is going to be huge. By huge I mean its physical size. We’re going to have a look at over 750 idioms with body parts. All main parts of the body are covered, from head to toe. Actually, this article could be turned into a book of its own, which maybe I will consider in the future.

DOWNLOAD ISSUE 1 FOR FREE – INSTRUCTIONS
If you don’t know whether Your American English Magazine is for you, you can check it out by downloading the very first issue for free. Here are the instructions how to do it:
1. Visit my website at prosperoenglish.com and feel free to look around if you have some time to spare.
2. Go to the Store tab and select Your American English Magazine 1 (1/2022). Don’t worry about the price, I’ll give you a free coupon.
3. Hit the Add to cart button.
4. Near the top of your screen you’ll see a message and a View cart button. Hit the button.
5. Enter Coupon code. The code is youramericanenglishmagazine1. Just copy and paste it. Hit the Apply coupon button.
6. In the Cart totals section you should see the total price reduced to $0.00. Hit Proceed to checkout.
7. Here you can see your order. Enter the email address the PDF file is supposed to be sent to. By entering your email address you’re not subscribing to anything. Hit Place order.
8. Click the download link to download the file. The download link will also be sent to your email address.
